Shipping & Delivery
Shipping of products is carried out regularly within a maximum of 48 hours after your order. In general, orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the "view my order" link. You will find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.
Note: Tracking updates approximately 24 hours after dispatch.
When your order is placed, you will receive a first confirmation email, followed by a second one once your order has been shipped. Please monitor the tracking of your order, as it may be waiting at the post office even if you have not received a delivery notice in your mailbox.
Good to know: The post office or pickup point keeps your parcel for 15 days. Beyond this period, it will be returned to the sender. A €10 fee will then be required to reship your order.
When placing your order, you have a 2-hour window to cancel it via our contact form. Once this period has passed, a refund can only be issued once we have received the complete order back at our premises.
This site cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
