Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your package to make a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unstained (no deodorant marks or perfume odors), with original tags attached, hygienic liners still in place, and the protective pouch also returned.
Without all these conditions met, Yaloma Swim reserves the right to refuse a refund.

If one or more items do not suit you, please send us an email at return@yalomaswim.com, specifying your order number.

If you wish to report an order error or a defective product, despite our prior quality control, you can contact customer service with a photo and a video of the visible defect at hello@yalomaswim.com

We will then proceed with an exchange or refund at our expense.

For international orders, customs fees (outside the EU) will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please refer to your country’s customs policy.
