Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. We use DHL exclusively for our international shipments, ensuring optimal tracking and delivery with signature required to avoid any loss or theft.

Yes, customs fees (outside the EU) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to make a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unstained (no deodorant marks or perfume odors), with original tags attached, hygiene protectors still in place, and the protective pouch also returned. Without all these conditions met, Yaloma Swim reserves the right to refuse the refund.

Yes, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product by attaching a photo and video of the visible defect to our customer service: return@yalomaswim.com

Due to our small collection, the size you want to exchange may no longer be available upon return. Therefore, we will issue a refund upon receipt of the item if it meets the return conditions. You will then simply need to place a new order with the desired size/color. Contact our customer service via: return@yalomaswim.com

• Always rinse your swimsuit by hand in fresh, cold water with a little Marseille soap after each swim in chlorinated or salty water, without rubbing or twisting to wring it out.
• Do not soak the swimsuit with detergents, do not twist, do not iron, do not dry clean, do not use bleach or any other chemical products.
• Dry your swimsuit in the open air and, above all, in the shade to best preserve its color.

• Wash it in the machine at a maximum of 30°C on a delicate cycle, inside out and in a laundry bag, with a suitable detergent. Do not tumble dry.
  
• Let your swimsuit air dry, away from any direct heat source, before storing it in its organic cotton pouch.

• Our light-colored swimsuits are even more delicate to care for. Due to their hues, they may "retain" a few grains of sand in places. Rest assured, they are machine washable. However, avoid rolling around in the sand entirely if you want to preserve the longevity of the product.
• Our swimsuits are not guaranteed against snags or rubbing on rough surfaces, even though our fabric is the most durable on the market! Beware of rocks, pebbles, and excessive rubbing.
